decent stay near shinjuku station
convenient location friendly staff unsafe area poor check-in
the hotel location was convenient. it was close to shinjuku station and several restaurants. the staff members were friendly and helpful . i liked that the room was impeccably clean (very important to me!).
the surrounding area didn't feel particularly safe at night. there were a lot of people hanging around.

the staff were always VERY helpful. the hotel was clean and offered great amenities like free water. i found access to laundry machines quite helpful too.
I didn't realise the area was a red light district. this possibly affected my view of the hotel a little because the nights here were terrifying.

a decent stay
spacious room free water small room average breakfast
i think the room was clean and more spacious then i thought. i really love the bathtub, it was nice after long day. they did provide free water bottles, and i take them with me when i leave.
my room was small. there was no where to sit, and no room to move, unfortunately. the breakfast i had was very average, nothing special at all.
